Abstract
N. prolixus from Carpiodes carpio at the U. of Okla Biol. Sta. on Lake Texoma is descr. and figd. This sp. has conspicuous size difference in the 2 lemnisci as in N. australis, distractus cristatus and venustus but differs from each of these in body size, size of proboscis and its hooks, size of the embryos and relative length of the lemnisci with respect to the location of the testes.Keywords
