Accelerating observer and the Hagedorn temperature

Abstract
We investigate thermal effects occurring when an inertial string vacuum is described in an accelerating frame. It is shown that there is a critical acceleration corresponding to a temperature equal to /π, where is the Hagedorn temperature for a bath of free strings.
