Abstract
The reaction C at =160 MeV has been used to study high-spin states in the recoil-separated nuclides , , and . The latter two show distinctive shell-model behavior up to =27/ and , respectively, while the first appears to be a collective rotor with a particle alignment at =17/. Rotorlike bands of sd-shell origin were seen in and up to =11/ and , respectively.
