Abstract
235U fission fragment and fast neutron irradiations induce, at 30 K, an important increase in the electrical resistivity of a-Fe80B20 and a-Fe78Mo2B20. This increase anneals out partially when the samples are heated up to 300 K in two stages. An interpretation in terms of structural defects in the short range order of the amorphous alloys is presented. Keywords
