Abstract
During a period of approx. 7 months, 158 type 29911 cultures were isolated from routine fecal specimens. Case histories were not available with the exception of 2 patients, who were found to be suffering from diarrhea. These organisms grow equally well on SS agar and bismuth sulfite agar. They grow poorly on brilliant green agar. Colonial morphology on SS agar and bismuth sulfite agar is described. Distribution appeared to be state wide. Keywords
