Abstract
Three patients with histiocytic lymphoma presented with jaundice due to extrahepatic biliary obstruction. Two had widespread disease, but one had a primary lymphoma of the head of the pancreas simulating pancreatic cancer. Biliary bypass surgery was avoided in two patients, both of whom showed resolution of jaundice following treatment with cytotoxic chemotherapeutic drugs. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
