Abstract
This tailless cercaria, whose developmental stages have a minute knob-like tail, probably belongs in Fellodistomatidae. Its excretory bladder is Y-shaped and its flame cell formula is 2[(2 + 2) + (2 + 2)]. It develops in active maggot-like orange-pigmented sporocysts which destroy the gonads of the host, Brachidontes recurvus. Keywords
