Abstract
The first total synthesis of (+)-arteannuin M was accomplished using the tandem oxy-Cope/transannular ene reaction as the key step to construct the bicyclic core of the natural product. The tandem reaction proceeded with high diastereo- and enantiomeric excess. Keywords
