Abstract
1. Osteoid osteoma occurs in the vertebrae in approximately 10 per cent of the patients. 2. The diagnosis should be entertained in an adolescent with a painful scoliosis or a radicular syndrome without neurological signs. 3. Surgical excision without fusion is the treatment of choice.Keywords
