Abstract
✓ A 10-year-old girl was admitted to the hospital with complaints of progressive right hemiparesis and sensory disturbance. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed a Chiari Type I malformation and syringomyelia from T-10 to C-1. The syrinx extended from the medulla to the right putamen along the pyramidal tract. Keywords
