Abstract
A method for the estimation of F in natural waters by titration with thorium nitrate at pH 3.3, using Na alizarinsulfonate as indicator, is descr. Interfering anions are first removed by addition of BaCl2 and filtration. Ca and Mg in concns. found in hard waters do not interfere. Keywords
