Abstract
Measurements of the cross sections for the total loss and the ionization of [ (keV/nucleon) ≤ 25] and molecules [ (keV/nucleon) ≤ 20] in collisions with gas are reported. The molecules were formed by electron capture by ions in Mg vapor. The total-loss cross section of the state is about 5 times larger than the total-loss cross section of the state.
