Abstract
Capacitive thermal-expansion, specific-heat, and electrical-resistivity measurements on single crystals of and have established for a first-order, nonstructural phase transition near K and the entropy change J/moleK of an order-disorder transition with a configurational entropy . The transition exhibits and , i.e., a proportionality between and the activation energy of the resistivity.
