Abstract
Employing the spin alignment obtained with inelastic particle scattering at 0°, we have shown the of the 14.08 MeV level in to be . The branching ratio of this level for decay to the ground state is (9 ± 3)%; however, this ratio could be affected by interference with inelastic scattering to the continuum.
