Abstract
This review focuses strictly on the pharmacodynamic considerations of the use of oligonucleotides designed to interact with nucleic acids as therapeutics. The objectives are to place oligonucleotide therapeutics in the context of modern drug discovery and development and to summarize recent progress. Keywords
