Abstract
A 40-year-old man with a slowly progressive unilateral sclerotic process of the base of the skull developed complete involvement of all cranial nerves on the right. Roentgenograms of the skull are interpreted as fibrous dysplasia, but pathological confirmation is lacking.Keywords
