Symmetry behavior in an external field

Abstract
We reexamine the recent work about a response of an applied external electromagnetic field to the Gross-Neveu model and comment on the phase transition induced by the external field. We also discuss a four-dimensional model exposed by a pure magnetic field.Keywords
