Abstract
Class-D operation of RF amplifiers is characterized by sinusoidal current and pulse-type voltage waveforms at the output of the active circuit element. It is suggested that this is a more accurate model for high-frequency large-signal transistor amplifiers than the conventional Class-C model. Keywords
