Abstract
This experiment has demonstrated that it is possible consistently to produce milk containing small numbers of bacteria and of good keeping quality by the use of milking machines. It has been shown that the milking units and their rubber components may be successfully sterilised by steam. The pipe lines have been shown to be a possible source of heavy contamination, and means of preventing this have been described. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
