Combination Therapy of Chloroleukemia in Mice with Aminopterin and Citrovorum Factor

Abstract
Toxicity of aminopterin for the mice was as great as that of the luekemic process. A slight prolongation of survival time was noted when citrovorum factor was given after a short course of aminopterin in toxic doses.Keywords
