Abstract
15 of the 20 cases of acute pericarditis studied were diagnosed from a total of 11,674 ecg''s taken in the 10-yr. period 1936 to 1946, an incidence of 0.7%. 8 cases were presented to illustrate non-specific etiology (3), cryptic etiology (3), and unusual onset (2). The ecg. charges and differential diagnosis are discussed.Keywords
