Abstract
Cycloserine inhibits virulent human tubercle bacilli in vitro in concentrations of 6.25 [mu]g/ml in liquid medium and 20 [mu]g/ml in solid medium. There was a decrease in activity of cycloserine in the presence of horse serum. Tubercle bacilli slowly developed resistance when transferred serially in liquid cycloserine-containing medium. Keywords
