Abstract
For pt.I see ibid., vol.10, p.211 (1977). Quantum transport theory formulated in the previous paper in the coherent-potential approximation on the basis of the effective-medium approach is reformulated on the basis of the diagrammatic expansion and resummation approach due to Yonezawa (1968). It is shown that the new formulation is equivalent to the previous one. Keywords
