Abstract
The work presented in this report describes and demonstrates a protocol for protein imaging analysis of biological tissue using MALDI IMS where histological staining and MS analysis are performed on the same tissue section. Spatial image resolution is shown at 35 µm for sagittal sections of the cerebellum from rat brain. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.Keywords
