Abstract
Sedimentation, diffusion and electrophoresi? data were recorded for the yellow respiratory enzyme. The preparation studied was chemically homogenous. The substance contained one flavin group in the molecule. The mol. wt. was 80,000, the sedimentation constant 5.76 X 10-13, the stability region pH 5-9.5, the diffusion constant 6.28 X 10-7 cm2/sec, the isoelectric point 5.22, and the partial specific volume 0.731.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
