Abstract
The fatty acids of the milk fat of goats and sheep fed on similar rations in the same winter were similar, differing from those of cow or buffalo butters in a higher (ca. 10%) content of the butyric-lauric acid group (mainly capric and caprylic acids) and a lower (ca. 10%) content of C18 unsaturated acids. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
