Abstract
Thermal conductivity measurements have been performed on germanium at 80°K during fast‐neutron bombardment. By using Callaway's formula it is established that the change in thermal conductivity can be related to the size of disordered regions by a simple expression. From experimental data, it is found that the mean radius of disordered regions is about 70 Å.This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
