Abstract
As a contribution to the inclusive process e+eV+X where V is a S13 bound state of heavy quarks q1 and q¯2, we consider the QCD process e+eV+q¯1+q2. The rate is found to dominate asymptotically over other, previously calculated, perturbative mechanisms. An apparently accidental partial cancellation in the case of the like-quark bound states (φ, ψ, ϒ) enhances the relative rate of flavor-nonsinglet vector mesons.
