Abstract
Plasminogen, plasminogen activator and fibrinolytic inhibitor activity of human plasma were assayed in a group of atherosclerotic individuals and the results compared with like determinations in normal controls. No significant difference between the two groups was apparent. Assay techniques involved evaluating the proteolytic activity of plasma after incubation with casein. Keywords
