Abstract
Background— Ischemia–reperfusion injury is an important risk factor for graft coronary artery disease (GCAD). We hypothesized that overexpression of SOD1 in donor hearts would suppress ischemia—reperfusion injury and thereby reduce GCAD.Keywords
