Abstract
THE simultaneous occurrence of pure erythroid hypoplasia and symptomatic hemolytic anemia is sufficiently unusual to justify the case report presented below. In a review of the literature only 2 such cases have been found, and the occurrence of this combination as a manifestation of Hodgkin's disease is apparently unique.Case ReportC.M., a 63-year-old Lithuanian lumberjack, was admitted to the hospital for the 1st time on January 4, 1955, in circulatory collapse.
