Abstract
Arteriovenous fistulas of the face are rare, and no previous cases of nasal origin were found in the literature. Progressive enlargement is the natural course of arteriovenous fistulas and may cause considerable cosmetic deformity if unattended. Early recognition and total surgical extirpation is the treatment of choice. The use of local rotational flaps is an excellent method for cosmetic excision of nasal lesions. Keywords
