Poverty and the crisis in children's services: The need for services integration

Abstract
Examined the integrated services paradigm within children's services, which holds much promise as a means to create more comprehensive and coordinated systems of care for children and families living in poverty. I reviewed the development of integrated service approaches and delineated common elements of models and programs that have emerged across the nation, implications for the practice of professional child psychology are discussed, including professional practice, training, leadership, and research considerations.Keywords
