Nonrenormalizable interactions and an eigenvalue condition

Abstract
It is pointed out that a certain class of nonrenormalizable theories can be made renormalizable if a theory possesses an ultraviolet-stable fixed point. As an example, four-fermion theories of the Nambu-Jona-Lasinio-type are considered.Keywords
