Abstract
Experiments were carried out to determine optimal freezing conditions for the preservation of human spermatozoa. Viability was determined by the eosin-nigrosin method of Blom. It was found that freezing and storage at -85[degree] C yielded a better survival rate than at -70[degree] C.Keywords
