Abstract
The Se content in meat and liver from pigs is at the same level as in 1976. The Se content in kidney from pigs is .apprx. 30% higher than the results from 1976, i.e., before Se enriched feed was used. The Se content in liver paste closely agrees with the estimated content, which indicates that no Se loss occurs in the process. Meat and organs contribute to about half the Se intake in the Swedish diet. This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
