Abstract
The authors produced urinary stones in a large % of [male] rats by injecting subcut. 3 times weekly estradiol dipropionate beginning within 48 hrs. after birth and continuing for 2-4 wks. Each unit-dose consisted of 0.1 mg. of the crystalline hormone dissolved in 0.05 ml. of corn oil. X-Ray examinations were carried out as well as autopsies.
