Abstract
The anticoagulant activity of brain phosphatide fractions may be assayed using sodium desoxycholate which produces water clear preparations instead of emulsions. The purified phosphatide fractions studied are neither toxic, nor pyrogenic and produce an elevated and lasting increase in the clotting time of blood, when administered intravenously to dogs. Keywords
