Abstract
Carboquone stimulated aerobic NADH oxidation in the presence of partially purified NADH cytochrome b5 reductase and cytochrome b5 prepared from rat hepatic microsomes by acting as an electron carrier from cytochrome b5 to molecular O2. Other quinoid anticancer chemicals, mitomycin C, adriamycin and daunomycin failed to do so.This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
