Abstract
Plasma concentrations of cAMP and cGMP were measured in 10 healthy adults before, during and after periods of theophylline [a bronchodilator] administration. cAMP concentrations did not change significantly, but cGMP concentrations decreased by 29% on average when theophylline was administered. The change in cGMP was not correlated to the plasma concentration of theophylline in the range studied. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
