Abstract
Gene A in Escherichia coli B/r is the structural gene for L-arabinose isomerase, and A mutants have increased amounts of inducible wild-type L-ribulokinase. Gene B is the structural gene for L-ribulokinase, and B mutants have increased or decreased amounts of inducible wild-type L-arabinose isomerase. Keywords
