Abstract
Recently it was proposed by Anderson, Muttalib, and Ramakrishnan that the decrease of with disorder in A15 compounds can be attributed to an enhancement of the effective Coulomb repulsion, resulting from localization. We propose that the enhanced Coulomb repulsion can also be related to the quasi-one-dimensional nature of the A15 compounds.
