Abstract
The properties of the excited states of were reinvestigated by applying dispersion theory to the differential cross section reported in the preceding paper. The quantity and accuracy of the data were sufficient to permit extraction of the experimental wave phase shift up to 1.4 Mev. The remainder of the data was fitted by successive readjustment of the level parameters.
