Abstract
Rappaport''s medium was modified by reducing the content of the malachite green oxalate. The modified medium R10 is then incubated at 43.degree. C instead of 37.degree. C. These 2 modifications allow for a wide range of growth of Salmonella and a better inhibition of competing organisms than the original medium of Rappaport incubated at 37.degree. C and Muller-Kauffmann''s medium incubated at 43.degree. C.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
