Upper limit on the branching ratio for the decay→νν¯

Abstract
An experimental upper limit on the branching ratio for the decay →νν¯ is set at 8.3× (90% C.L.). This decay is forbidden if neutrinos are purely left handed. The limit also applies to any decays of the to weakly interacting neutrals.
