Abstract
The chlorinated hydrocarbon insecticides dieldrin and o,p'-DDT inhibit binding of 5α-dihydrotestosterone to specific receptor proteins in rat prostate cytosol. Dieldrin is less inhibitory than o,p'-DDT.Keywords
