Abstract
The Auger rates, x-ray rates, fluorescence yields, and linewidths are presented for all elements and when a vacancy is in the shell. Numerical calculations have been performed using the Hartree-Fock-Slater approach with Herman, Van Dyke, and Ortenburger exchange. Comparisons of different exchange approximations on the Auger and x-ray total transition rates and the fluorescence yields are reported.
