Abstract
Trichogramma pretiosum Riley, the most widespread and important member of its genus in North America, occurs with a similar and previously undetected species over a large part of its range. This new species, T. deion Pinto & Oatman, can be separated by the number of basiconic capitate peg sensilla on the antennae and by minor differences in male genitalia. Seasonal, geographic, host, and habitat distributions of the two species are compared. Keywords
