Abstract
Characteristic features of compositional ordering processes in ferroelectric (FE) and antiferroelectric (AFE) compounds, the effect of compositional ordering upon the Curie point, FE phase transition diffusion and other properties are considered. The effect offers ample scope for studies into the nature of FE transition diffusion as well as materials properties control. Keywords
