Abstract
The two-photon absorption coefficient of indium antimonide at 10.6 mu m and room temperature has been deduced from transmission measurements using a mode-locked and a Q-switched CO2 laser. The value obtained, namely (16+or-5) cm MW-1, is in adequate agreement with theory. Keywords
